Lewaina gave me this piece of old quilt. It was supposed to go on as a pocket on a bunny but I decided to frame it and add a little stitching to it. I plan on staining both pieces. I will post it when it is finished.
I just finished these fly covers when I decided to post them. I got the idea from Char over at the pickled pepper patch http://charsethman.blogspot.com/ They were really fun and easy to make.

ReplyDeleteThe fly covers are popping up all over the web thanks to Char! I may have to make a few of my own. They sure would come in handy when we want to eat outside and DH is afraid something might land on the food! LOL He's really anal about that.
The quilt piece that you're adding the stitching to looks really nice! I love old things like that used to make something new :)
